I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the delicious complimentary breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the small bar area where I relaxed after a long day. They even had fun karaoke nights for a good time with friends. The only downside was the ice machine’s noise at night, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

aladino was a great choice! the location is super convenient, close to all the activities I needed while in downtown. the rooms are clean and comfy with a spacious safe for valuables, which I appreciated. the staff's service was outstanding, truly going above and beyond to help.

Decent location puts you close to the heart of the action. The rooms, while basic, provide a clean and comfortable space to crash after a long day.

WIFI connection in the room? Forget it. You'll either have to chase after a decent signal or just go without it. On top of that, the safety deposit box was locked, and no one seemed to fix it during my stay. The noise from the ice machine was unbearable at night, making sleep a challenge. And don't get me started on the dirty table and the laughable lack of towels and bottled water. The coffeemaker? Only half the parts were there, and the replacement they brought wasn't much better.

I had the best time staying in this cozy little retreat! The staff was incredibly helpful, checking us in early and making our daily breakfast a delight with fresh options. Plus, the location was perfect, just minutes from shopping and dining hotspots—I felt at home and well taken care of.

I truly appreciated the hotel's warm and inviting atmosphere. The common areas were beautifully decorated, making it easy for me to navigate. The staff also went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable during my stay.

I had a delightful 5-night stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, offering early check-in and excellent room service. The tasty daily breakfast complemented the fantastic location, near restaurants and cultural sites. A few menu items were unavailable, but the positive atmosphere overshadowed this minor issue.

The staff really knows how to provide great service, very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the gym could use better cleaning and upkeep. Enjoyed the karaoke nights at the restaurant. had a lot of fun!

The Deluxe Room was clean and comfy, nothing too fancy but it had what we needed. The bed was decent for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the attention from the staff. they were friendly and helpful. Not much to complain about, aside from maybe some noise from outside, but overall, it was quite pleasant.
